Route Survey, Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Hook up of 21 wells to respective production/injection facilities through flow lines.

• Four (4) new Khuff production wells complete with all required facilities.
• Three (3) new Khuff production and injection wells complete with all required facilities.
• Injection flowlines with all required facilities for four (4) Khuff wells.
• Eight (6) Arab-D gas cap injector wells complete with all required facilities.
• Two (2) new Arab-D Gas Cap producer wells complete with all required facilities.
• Installation of two (2) no. new tie-in slots with isolation valves on the existing production header.

Package  1

• To install one new standalone MP steam water tube boiler with a capacity of 60 PH and associated facilities including De-aerators to overcome the current QP Refinery steam and condensate system constraints.
• To install New Demineralization Plant and associated facilities, as per the findings and recommendations of the Feasibility Study Report for BFW.
• To change all piping materials exposed to demineralized water to Stainless Steel as detailed in the FEED P&ID’s
• To change the pH control/Neutralization system from caustic to a more suitable system.

Package 2:

• To carry out the Engineering and Procurement for the Demolition of existing 1 No of MP Boiler and existing 3 Nos of LP Boilers and Accessories.

Replacement the Existing “Fresh Water Cooling Exchangers” with NEW Qatargas free issued Exchangers at QG2 Train 4 & 5, which involves Heavy Lifting and Installation in accordance to the Lifting studies prepared by the QG approved Lifting Consultant.
Installation activity involves Jacking and Skidding activities and Heavy Crane lifts for total 18 nos Exchanger with weights ranging from 25 tons to 125 tons.
“Gantry Lifting Method” conducted for 4 nos exchangers (2 nos in each Train), with weights of approx. 290 tons. This Method was conducted for the first time in Qatargas facility with 2 nos successfully executed during the Oct’2020 Shutdown outage.

This contract covers fabrication, inspection, painting, delivery, load out and sea fastening of piping, structural works and other miscellaneous items onshore.

Offshore provision of equipment and manpower for Mechanical Construction, hook-up, E&I personnel for cabling, testing, loop checking and maintenance activities on the clients’ vessels and platforms.

Supply of Engineers and Draughtsman to the client’s office for planning, job card preparation and other activities.

Supply of material controllers and warehouse personnel to the clients stores and warehouses.

The EPIC scope of this package-2 includes the following major modifications to meet required future production requirements at Dukhan Production Faculties (Fahahil Sector, Khatiyah Sector, Jaleha Sector & PWI Stations).

• Replacement of 3 phase (1st Stage) production separators internals.
• Replacement and modification of existing Associated Gas Compressors.
• Replacement of tube/tube sheet of existing Crude/Hot Oil Heat Exchanger with upgraded MOC.
• Replacement of tube/header box for associated gas compressor intercoolers.
• Replacement of uncoated / unlined piping and pipelines at PWI pump stations.
• Replacement of existing manual valves at PWI pumps stations.
• Provision of two new 10” CS (HDPE lined) feeder pipelines from PS6 to PWI ring main.
• Carryout Detail engineering, HAZOP/HAZID Study, SIL/SAFOP Study, SAP/CMMS updates, Topography/UG Survey and Geotechnical Survey, etc.
