Beware of Fraudulent Job Offers

It has come to our attention that there are individuals exploiting the name of DOPET to issue fraudulent job offers via email and other communication channels. We want to alert all prospective candidates and website visitors to exercise caution and be aware of these deceptive practices.

Key Points to Note:

  1. Fraudulent Communications: DOPET has been notified of fraudulent employment offers that instruct prospective candidates to provide documents and/or pay application and processing fees. These communications are entirely fraudulent.
  2. No Payment or Fees Required: DOPET unequivocally does NOT require any payment or fees from prospective candidates at any stage of the employment process. Be cautious of any communication requesting financial transactions.
  3. Email Address Verification: Even if an email address contains the word “DOPET,” it may not be from DOPET. Examples include email addresses ending in “@dopetgroup.com” or “dopetxyz@abcd.com”. DOPET only uses recruitment email addresses ending in “@dopet.com”.

Action Steps for Visitors:

  • Do not provide any personal or financial information in response to unsolicited communications claiming to be from DOPET.
  • Exercise caution and verify the authenticity of any communication, especially if it requests payments or personal information.
