DOPET Expands Fleet with 5 New CNG Buses

DOPET is pleased to announce the addition of five new CNG-powered buses to its transportation fleet. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and the well-being of our employees. The new buses will enhance daily staff transportation while reducing our carbon footprint and supporting Qatar’s vision for a cleaner, greener future.

DOPET to participate in Tawteen Forum 2024

Doha Petroleum Construction Company LTD (DOPET) W.L.L. has participated in the Tawteen Forum 2024 held on November 11 – 12, 2024 at the Sheraton Hotel, Doha, Qatar.

About Tawteen:

Tawteen is the Supply Chain Localization Program for the Energy sector in Qatar led by QatarEnergy with the participation of all the other companies operating in this sector. The Program consists of three key pillars and these are new investment opportunities, supplier development initiatives and a new In-Country Value (ICV) policy.

The primary objectives of Tawteen are as follows:

• Support the realization of Qatar National Vison 2030 by attracting companies engaged in knowledge and technology based businesses.
• Establish sustainable and competitive in-country suppliers to meet the requirements of Qatar’s Energy sector.
